What does ManagerSal keep track of?
ManagerSal keeps a record of your customers’ addresses and contact information, along with any notes and miscellaneous information you collect about them. It remembers who has opted into your mailing list, and will keep the list up-to-date. If you work with subcontractors, ManagerSal will store their promotional material as well. All Event information is saved, along with all of the things that your company offers your customers. ManagerSal has a library of carefully drafted business documents, including Contracts, Invoices, and Thank-You notes. ManagerSal also keeps track of signed contracts, deposits, money owed, money collected, forms of payment you accept, venues you frequently work in, and more.
How does ManagerSal streamline my business?
ManagerSal begins by having your customer fill out an inquiry form that asks the minimum information necessary.
